Refund Policy

All items are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us at pentametero@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to quality issues, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

What We Cover

We will provide a replacement or full refund for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Damaged items (received in poor condition)
  • Wrong item sent

Processing Returns

If your quality claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
